Is that a different website altogether? I see it has the same tools but it says I am not registered.

Anyway, I clicked on the tools and it sent me to bb-usa, which still didn't work.

Yeah, it's a different website.

It's the forums where you can interact with the rest of the off-site community. You have to register a separate account through it and BB-Mail an admin (Phyr and smallfrie or magiker I believe) and they will finish the registration from you so you can get into the forums.

The bb-usa tools are down right now, but the off-site forum and community is still functional.
