+1 headless t gunner.

jr on bigmen is very nice to have and gives you the advantage of beeing less predictable.
if you have a trainee invest a few weeks in jr training. jr 9 is already very nice to have and good enough for most of the competition. furthermore I agree with nachtmahr on the JS/JR balance.

I'm afraid between JR/OD and the time it takes to train
you can't have an abundance of both

You of course have to train all the other skills too!

I have a 5th PF, his OD is 14 (ID is 15)
but his JR is only 6

Can't have everything on 1 guy but you can spread it out
Or of course you will run out of money
besides this is my first run at B3, thought I'd make a go of it

My C trainee had a higher 3PT% than FG% last season (close to 40%) and has nowhere near 12 JR. He's a C though.

If your SF has decent inside skills and jump range try putting your sf in the pf position? See how that works for you. Whenever I test a theory I like to experiment putting players out of position first before i suggest building or training to a certain level. What type of offense you run is a great factor and the level of competition. For division 4 (which you are in) you cant rely too much on game results or stats to prove your point. Terrific Game shape and team level of enthusiasm might give a PF with atrocious jump range a terrific offensive game inside and outside.

As you go higher in terms of division and competition then jump range on a big man is useful for an outside based attack. I had a guard with atrocious rebounding play a bot team. He had 24 or 25 rebounds.

Hi,

JR of 4-8 is probably a good bet. If the player has a higher JR, then that's a BONUS as you have yourself a "Stretch 4" which could be very useful indeed...
