You are suggesting that the rich get richer. The Div I guys will love it. Lower level managers, if they understand your suggestion, will not.



Yes and no...

The rich get richer yes... but unless those higher division people are training players up themselves from 18 years old.....

Most of the transfer market players they will be trying to buy will have low levels of experience (usually) from being developed in the lower leagues where it's more possible to train a player up.

So yes the rich would get richer.... but key players would have lower exp, it'd be more their bench guys that'd be getting richer.

Wellll ... I was thinking rich managers get richer, not sim players. I always have a problem with any scheme that disproportionately benefits the already-rich.
