I also have had this issue and I tried a few times today and it's not working. I'll try again later too.

Whilst the scrimmage request feature still is not working for me, i tried to use the search forums feature today and got the same error message. These supporter features dont seem to be working for me. I wanted to find out what happens to 5th place teams, do i have a game Tuesday?.
