I understand the frustration and I hope they come out clarifying that it will impact the salary and not training.Impact on salary can be enacted over time so people will gradually feel the difference. I just hope they leave the cap coefficients as they are.

That said we have also seen that PG of a multiple B3 winner with 20 IS. I have looked into that build and I can guarantee that there are several players currently on the TL which could be made into an even better build than that (i.e. more passing or OD than the guy had) with top trainers.

Gradually increase is the only fair way to do it. 10 seasons of training and planning should not just be thrown in a dumpster and lit on fire.

Of course we'll do it gently. It's not going to break anyone's bank and it's not going to push players into their potential cap. This is the only way to make this work that makes sense.
