Some managers might be patriotic enough to choose their nationality, don't you think?

I think weighting the randomness (is that still random) towards the smallest nations would be an even better idea.

I totally agree with the idea of assigning a casual nationality to the utopian players ...
The best advantage would be to use the nation's weighted randomness, so that each nation will have the opportunity to have a higher number of workable and convivial prospects in the national team.

In any case, however, ONLY in terms of merchandising such players would still retain the utopian nationality.

Since there is no utopian national team, through this system the utopian players would also gain value.

In conclusion, weighted or total randomness would make the whole utopian world even more interesting.

I agree. The Utopia feature will be given a whole new world. Many users will be interested in subscribing to it in return.

My 2 cents

In general, I believe that the possibility of naturalizing players will bring a lot of benefit to the game for the foloowing reasons:

1) More competition, as small countries with developing communities will have the possibility to naturalize good players from other countries.

2) Trainers will try more to keep their national stars at home for not being lost to another country with all the economical consequences.

3) Strong communities will also benifit from this step, as they will endorse yheir trainers to make an effort for developing already bought youngsters from other countries to make them their NT ones in future.

I realize that it's quiet a revolutionary step, which brings a huge impact into the game and can be very dangerous if not done properly, and each such a step should be analyzed very carefully.

So my suggestion is:

* For players that have been played for the same team in other than his home country for at least 7 seasons in a row, there will be a possibility to naturalize him for the country he plays for, starting from the next season.

* A team which decides to naturalize the player will have to pay for that, and the price be according some formula of skills & age

* Like in FIBA rules, there will be allowed only one naturalized playet in any NT at any moment.

Maybe there should be other obligations, but I think that such a novelty will bring a portion of boost and additional interest to the game, bringing more value to Utopian players by the way.
