True, injuries cannot be avoided. Fouling out can be by switching those weeks to 2-position training and setting players correctly to depth chart.

HoF is potential, but 54 is good but not world class draft, also skill distribution was not optimal. Personally 1M feels appropriate price, but as said, can be less/more depends on luck.

what did you lose in advancement/income to lose those games while training 3 players out of position every week like clockwork for 48s to divide that trainer salary in 3.
Currently I'm playing in lowest division against bot-teams, keeping team alive, training for U21, NT and for own fun. So playing with trainees in what ever position doesn't make a difference.
PS. I'm fighting against hoarding tax so I dont care incomes so much....
