I guess this is also valid for reality.
Except in reality when you step beyond the 3 point line it becomes good again as the shot is worth more. Now if inside shots have 50% FG% and 3 pointers have 35%, 3 pointers are actually a better shot, but if inside shots have a 45% FG% and outside 25% then not so much. In my opinion it boils down to go and check the code and make sure some stuff in the GE is rectified (such as defended vs open shots).This is the way to make micro changes to the GE. Making some long 2s count as 3s like Marin did when he 'moved' the 3pt line isn't going to cut it. And while he's at that, he could also fix those type of shots that have 0% chance to go in when the shot is unguarded.

As I said, he made some shots that previously would have been 2s become 3s. He described it as 'moving' the 3 point line slightly. Not that it made a difference anyone could notice, so we have to just assume he did something, whatever it was.

Just my opinion but strictly outside focused teams will never succeed against properly built defensive teams. Even with stretch 4 and 5s they are easy to stop. At the same time I wouldn’t build strictly inside oriented teams either.

I regretfully have to agree. If the bonus to fouling that LI gets got applied instead to outside shots, and there was an equivalent to the LI staple offensive rebound equals easy basket for an outside offense, that might be enough to bridge the gap to make a very good outside team at least able to compete on even footing. Realistically, the only shot is to be so exceptionally good on defense that you can win 48-45, and getting to that point would pretty much make training the outside scoring aspect impossible.

It can be done. You just don't use real big men, height only matter in training not in actual games. From the game guide in quote.

I'm kind of surprised it never has been done with all training changes that have been made. I reading and height in training only matter to do so. Sound like a cost to do more than anything else

The market is overvalued and under used . there's need to be some better guidelines involved. I don't. Know the right answer to that? But you to have been here a while. Vate to explain why

[match=XXX]
But outside shooting team is possible, but you won't find it on the market in talent which is where the problem lye.

Thank you for the kind reply?.. I would like to ask do you think the taxes already in place do a good job of steering the game in the best direction.

If "look inside" is the issue why not lower the use of it. Has this ever been discussed. Has the game ever had or offered tactic specific tourneyments? The reason I asked this is because its good way to learn about tactics from well known long term users like yourself. It also keep the forum flowing with content driven discussion.

Auto bid sounds ok. But it still can be outbidded by live user. Also it kind of unfair in a sense mass money in involved. The most money will win bid every time. Unless there's a set reserve.a
