Sadly, due to the way the injury tracker works combined with the way the whole mess affected its calculation, it is impossible to find out which players were affected and by how much. In your case it sure seems like it would have been as you said, that he would have been healthy at the time of the match but I cannot confirm that with the data I have.
That is problematic to say the least, especially since there should be a blanket solution for all the affected teams/players, but it just isn't possible. I knew there would be repercussions like these after the whole week long mess, especially due to the scale of the things affected.
