I returned to the game after a long break, and since then some new features have been implemented. I see there's been the addition of new facilities next to the arena, such as the Gym, Training Center, Merchandise shop etc. What are the returns expected from these extra facilities, I see the initial investment is $500k, at what point it makes sense investing in these facilities?

Another extra question that I have is related to the extra staff you can hire now. As I am training a few young players, I got myself a lvl 4 trainer, which is sub optimal, but for my new team it will suffice. I also got a lvl 3 Youth Trainer. My question is, how much does it actually help? Is it better to stick with a higher lvl main trainer and don't bother with the youth trainer? Or that only applies once your players are no longer 18-19?

Also around what time does the list of draft players becomes available? How many points do you normally invest in?

Draft is always a roulette, and I noticed there's now a lot more 19 year-olds Rookies drafted and it seems they come with a bump in skills, is that fairly new? I don't remember seeing rookies on 7-9k salaries.

Pretty decent for my D.4 economy.
