they could just speed up the training again and this would keep a more balanced market and infact lead to the U19 high potential market more interesting...

this is one of problems with changing the training speed:

i think the concensus is that for 2-4 mil you might as well buy an almost fully developed player rather than a 19yo that takes 3 years at current training speed to catch up and then eventually surpass the skillset of the first generation of players.

is problem to surpass the player which trained faster before, so we cannot slow down, however we can go faster, while players trained during slow training will be like worthless

training is a specific thing, which can be NEVER changed

while is truth that most of the players are trained very badly now

i think the level 6/7 trainers are also interesting for BB3 teams as well.... if you can train 7-8 players slightly faster then this has big advantages... 4-5 almost at their soft cap i agree is hard to justify the outlay.

well negative thing could be that by the time will be impossible to have NT player without huge investments for the staff

anyway I'm looking forward for the B3 if this will happen, 1 match will be for me my victory in this game, however boosting performance throught the money will let that competition down

i think it makes no common sense for any individual to re sale their staff,

in everyday life, when your boss does not want your services anymore they discharge you from work either they pay or wait your contract expires.

but i would like to share is, if a staff especially trainer is out of work can we list him back and say there how many players he improve and what level many times?

its just my thinking

thank you

I can tell you if a Staff member is let go he is then placed on the Staff TL.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Here's something I want to make clear, though - the proceeds from the sale don't go to the last employer of that staff member.

I didnt expect that - its interesting to understand in terms of how many names will come up when we want to search as the weeks go by.

I just wanted to be clear, and not misleading.
