Thanks for all the scouting. It should help both you and Paulo immensely.

I've got all the NT players, potential NT players and I've got a list of the top 51 eighteen year olds.

I hope you mean that you have a top 51, but you're also tracking many more. If history repeats itself, very few of those will get enough training to make the U21. Although, your effort will hopefully reverse that trend.

I'd be surprised if he's tracking many more - the USA is only tracking 60.

Yes, after thinking about it I agree that he has better things to do with his time.

I would leave a little flexibility, though, so he can drop some out of the top 50 and bring others in later. Canada is much different than the USA - in the past we have only had a handful of users interested in the NT. The USA has much more interest on the forums and a bigger user base. It is easier to get buy-in from trainers under those circumstances, in my opinion.

Joly is maxed out, that's why he is not being trained, he does get training in free throws though

I'm not sure if this reply was meant to me. I was talking about tracking for the u21 prospects... I wasn't thinking about Joly.

based on his salary, i would be quite surprised if he is already at the cap.

he had 6 weeks of training with no pop-up so... I am pretty sure he won't grow anymore. Shooting guards don't have high salaries
