Any chance you would be willing to take a look at my match from tonight and compare how it changed my ratings as opposed to previous matches, and if it was the right choice for me?

you win the game clearly, so it should be the right choiche ;) 34 TO by the opponent was a genious amount, so the tactic definately worked out.

Then for normal you got around 20 TO, so maybe your team was perfect for a to, high OD cwenters and PF or your opponent has a team which has problems to handle the ball.

About the change of rating, search for the Manager JosefKA he made an "WhatIF" tool, which predicts your ratings with different tactics.

when is it good to use a slower pace?

I had to say that i am still a fan of fast tactics, because the amount of to didn't increase that much this season(ok normaly i got an pretty good offense flow), and i would say that i got a bit better shots. But normal pace get definately more atractive then last season, so i would play push the ball, Motion, Run and Gun and maybe base offense.

What is good about using a defense that is a slow pace? Does that force the opponent's pace to slow down as well?

I would say yes, but i don't see the different - so i choose the defense the way i need most.

Will FCP become more effective if the players have higher stamina?

I would say yes, it is hard to see the effect of stamina into the game ... But with FCP i usually got some trouble at the end, and i got an team with "low" stamina.

make sure your team can all pass and its also good for your sg and sf to be able to dribble well just in case the pg got traped and had to pass to someone else but make sure your pg can dirbble well and your team ar good passers and u can beat fullcourt press

i had a chance to meet up with a team wit PTB offense, i did putted full court press on them. eventually what happened is i did won the 1st 2 quaters and loss on the 3rd and 4th quarter. at the end i lost by 12 points. theoretically i think it has to do with the stamina. coz i also used the motion offense.

does the pace of the offense have an effect on the player's stamina too?

I have also not noticed a difference in turnovers this season when playing faced paced - against a normal defense. On the other hand, I have noticed a significant difference when playing FCP against a fast paced offense. Again, I only have a few games to go by. It would be interesting to see more data.

Please clarify: "What do you mean by a "significant difference when playing FCP against a face paced offense." Thanks

I'd say about a 25-50% increase in turnovers, compared to last season.

Really? I thought that even last year there seemed to be too many TOs when playing against a FCP—without the corresponding number of easy shots and dunks that should occur when breaking the press. But you now feel that there is at least a 25% increase in TOs? Incredible...

i don't see many pressing games before and after the engine change, but even when they change it i won't say that the fcp becomes to powerfull, so it won't be that bad ;)

In the last seasons, i use the pfcp in hopeless games, with hope to find a to machine on the c or Pf spot, or when i try to win with a high difference^^

you guys u will only get an edge with full court press if it fits your team. its not the best defense on this game, its just a pressure defense that will make the other team use more time on the clock to get the ball up the floor and it causes more turnovers because the other team must be good passers and good ball handlers. it will make boths teams tired because they have to work more. it works better vs run and gun and push the ball because u will be guardin your man the whole court and he wont be able to get open with his speed.
