Question for you guys... let's say you had some real-life issue come up during your term, and it temporarily cut into your time available to play around in BB. How would you juggle your own team, and NT responsibilities/communication if you were more time-constrained? Would you delegate more NT tasks to other people (if so, which tasks)? Would you put the importance of NT up front, at expense of your own team?

Considering NT games are once a week even if I was only able to get on once a week I could still mange the NT, but if the team started to slip I would get some input from other people. I would get them to help me with what tactics to play. Since I am in league IV I could easily get my wins back if I needed to.

I have a huge passion for BB, and its the # 1 thing I do when I am not on client appointments. I have had real-life issues going on now for 3 years...but you would never it know it by my teams success on the court. If something major came up, that was going to keep me away, or very much limit my ability to log in, I would rely on guys on the NT Staff team to help out. I am sure someone like Jfarb would be willing to step in and help any NT coach who had an emergency come up.

I have a far reaching network of people I communicate with nearly ever day, many involved in the NT program. It would not be a struggle at all to find a handful of people willing on a moments notice to step in, and help out if the need arises.
