i think something is not right with my league.
the all-star game had gone missing for quite some time now.

also my training, last 2 week i trained my wingmen outside shooting but end up no improvement at all and then last week i trained them jump shot. they have improvement. this week i trained them pressure for pg/sg/sf again no improvement.
its like 1 week got results and then the next week just nothing. i played them all at least 48 mins.

sien.

It is important to understand that certain training takes longer time to train even with a Superior trainer ( I am assuming you already have a Superior trainer).

For outside shooting, if u trained only SG it will take u 2-3 weeks for a pop even with 48+ minutes every week. If u trained PG/SG then it will take u 3-4 weeks. Of course, it is important to note that when u train outside shooting u not only improve ur jump range but also improve ur jumpshot, driving and handling.

Also, I would strongly suggest u decide who in ur team u want to train up to be ur trainee. U really cannot be training PG/SG/SF and expect to have pops every week. If possible train only 1 or 2 positions.

I'm wondering if to fight to stay in Div II or let myself be relegated.

Div III would mean --> nice draft pick & 500k (assuming i win it next season)
Div II -> climbing table would bring more fans -> more merch & tickets sold...

wonder which to do? (won't be that hard to get relegated =P but prob only manage getting mid table or top 4 at best)

I personally think it will be better to stay in Div II. Reason being:

1. Div III are mostly bots. It's a real buzz kill to be playing against bots
2. You might not necessarily be relegated if the amount of active managers in Malaysia doesn't spill to Div III
3. U should be getting decent draft pick in Div II even if u end up middle of the league as Div II usually have about 3 or more managers who are inactive or turning to bot.
4. U will get more money from ur tv contracts just by being in Div II
5. It shouldn't be too hard to prevent from being relegated with so many inactive managers in Div II so u can practically focus in training ur trainees

lol was last place now am 5th (would be 4th if it wasn't for the insane point deficit!)

actually a lot of new players leh in my league... abt 3 or so i think... some team names I dun recognise.

Jus a Q abt def tactics... if opponent's playing FCP... wut offence should I use ah ( in general la... I know this depends on my players skills etc)

was reading forums some people keep arguing whether patient leads to more turnovers or less = =
