No tactical surprises from neither side tonight.
Maybe I expected Eagles to go with a lesser attitude, but both options really were up for grabs. I really was afraid of Cunilleras and Eyckerman, the first one was on fire the whole evening while the second was relatively kept in check.
On Eagles' side, Dunk surprised me because Hermansky defended on him, and he's quite a solid defender, yet the british had a 7/9 and made an impression on the boxscore.
From my perspective, Elimelech had a fantastic evening (32 pts, 23 RB - a carrer high in official game ! and 5 assists) and I'm quite happy with Loiv, only a backup player, but despite his fouling problem he really held his ground against Straeten. On the outside, the players struggled against Eagles' 3 - 2 zone, but that was expected.
Now I can get a breather and wait for the week-end.
