Well, looks like I won. Really dissapointed with lack of debate and voter turnout though. Getting community involved will be my most important tasks. Got couple of ideas but I will give the detailed plan for upcoming two weeks by wednesday at the laters. Until then I really hope that Bballin logs in so he can send me spreadsheets. Without them the workload for this week will be immense with not only having to actually check and update player skills, but also to actually find those players and all of this needs to be done before enthusiasm reset and hopefully much earlier than that so community can have input on the offsite forum regarding roster selection

A good portion of names are scattered throughout the front page in that thread for starters (last update ~Jan). When does enthusiasm reset? If you have free time, you could also confirm some U21 skills, but that's not really important as the season's p much lost regardless.

enthusiasm reset happens on the last saturday before first game of a season. No idea if its update from friday to saturday or saturday to sunday but just to be safe I will be finished with scouting by friday and clear the roster.

I will keep in touch with you. Found time in the afternoon so scouting will start today. First I will update the lists from previous seasons on the offsite and then move on and hopefully find some hidden gems.



P.S. Here is an idea. Should we really wait until 21st or should we just get Kumiko's U21 rating to very low level and replace her faster? (not sure how this mechanism works)
