You GMs have done a great job in this thread of causing me to worry, and many others judging by the posts. In fact you make us worry to the extent that we are obligated to report transfers outside TPE. If we don't report a sale outside TPE you assume we are cheating, even though TPE is flawed to the extent that I was advised as a new player by someone in the EBBL not to rely on it when buying players.

Every time I make a nice sale in which I didn't cheat, I have to report and worry about you screwing me out of money I think I am entitled to.

That's really good isn't it. On the one hand we have to worry and in the post above you tell us not to worry. We are supposed to report transfers outside TPE yet TPE is flawed.

You have caused me to worry so much that I was forced to report a transfer WITHIN the bounds of TPE because you yourselves say that sometimes the upper bounds of TPE is influenced by cheaters. I think I will have to report every transfer I make because otherwise you will ban me someday.

Someone else said your policy is insane. I agree.

Your making it seem like the TPE is the only thing we look at when investigating teams. It's not.

the gm say that you should report transfers who are way to high, and often said that this must not compare with the tpe ...

A self report is also nothing you had to worry about, if it right you don't get a fine if it way out of range the probability is good that is reported anyway(and then the gm don't say cheater but they are maybe not that nice like when you reported it yourself - if they aren't signs for cheating)

I would hope that you have more than one overpriced transfer as evidence before accusing any user of cheating. But I am made to feel that if some newbs get into a bidwar on my player and it sells for a nice price, that I should report it otherwise I am going to be made to suffer for actions I had no influence over.

And whilst you may have some nice fancy tools, I don't, all I have as a new user is TPE to guide me. Maybe you expect all new users to carry out significant market research before putting any bids in.

Accordingly I will report every single transfer I sell until you stop making people feel like criminals for getting a nice price for their player and have to self report.

And it seems I will have to contact the GMs every time I want to bid above TPE on a player to get their permission to do so because I am warned on every bid screen that it is against the rules to overbid and BOTH ACCOUNTS MAY BE BANNED. Please explain to me the process I should follow to gain such permission. I don't want to have to keep pulling out of bidwars for fear I will be accused of cheating. Thanks.

maybe reporting it yourself makes a better impression, and makes it easier to believe that it isn't planned BUT also with out no self reporting you aren't doomed if they aren't no clear connection(your brother winner of the bidding war etc.)

I have seen many of your posts now, and know that in the majority of cases I would be well served to listen to you.

However the GM_Lord of Doom said this...

In BB there are limitations already, and prety good ones if you ask me.
per player you can not gain a big profit, since then it would be selling over regular prices and you will get a fine. users do not see this, so they might think it works, but no it realy doesn't, if someone sees it and reports it (and chances someone sees it are realy big since the TL is always crowded with interested people) you loose all your profit and risk a fine if you don't report it yourself!

With the greatest of respect, I will have to do what the GM says.
