You can't train experience. The influence of experience isn't know yet as well, but there are several theory's about it. You can find them in the forums.

Please use the help forum next time for questions like this, this thread is analysis only.

Maybe someone could explain why my player (3149509) still don't have any popups after 4 week pressing training? His playing time is around 60-70min per week. And trainer is level 7.

Each player has a potential cap, in your case it is for all star potential. You are quite likely to reached that limit now as your salary before this season was that high. When that happens your player starts to train much slower and I actually have no good guess how much slower but logically it will take at least 2-3 times longer to have pops in a skill.

See this thread (98371.35) for a good estimated value for the salary cap for a player. All-star cap is somewhere between 40-65000 and that is probably where your players salary are right now if you added 3-4 pops this season in a skill that is a primary skill for your player.

Should also be noted that it is not unlogical that it takes a little more than 4 weeks for a 23 year old player to pop in outside defense, especially as the player already is 23 years old, at least if you are training two positions (my guess is that you are combining PG/SG).

Hope this answer clear things for you. And by the way, this should be posted in the question forum and especially not in this thread.

My results after training one on one for three weeks:

6'5" 18 yo

1 pop DRIV
1 pop JS
1 pop HAND

(all skills very close, except HAND which was -4)

6'5" 19 yo
2 pops DRIV
1 pop JS
1 pop HAND

(all skills close except OD at +2, +2, +1)

5'11" 20 yo
1 pop DRIV
1 pop JS
2 pops HAND

OD +5 than other core skills (which are all pretty even)

6'6" 21 yo

1 pop DRIV
1 pop JS
1 pop HAND
(after only two weeks training)
OS-- +7, +1, +8, OD-- +5, even, +4

Trained PG/SG with level 5 trainer. No players are at 70% of potential salary cap

I will follow this up in three more weeks...

I have trained player (6179715) - pressure - single position 5 weeks 48 + min and one week 40 mins without popup at OD.
Trainer lvl 6, 21 old player, star potential, skill count 68 total.

OUT of potential seems to mean - more than tripple slowdown!

The total skill points are irrelevant, and a $32,000 salary means he's pretty much maxed, yes.

I must disagree. Take example of my player (2625176)

Salary much under "limit" but skill count @ 82 (without stamina and ft)

For last training of OD, I spent 5 weeks.(one position)

Holding his JR skill at low level, he never changded from PF to SF, so his salary stayed much lower.

But according to 5 weeks of his last training, slowdown is evident.
Last training was at the end of last season, so he was 24 y.o.
trainer lvl 6.

He's 6'9, and 25 years old to boot, what did you expect? 5 weeks in 1 position is pretty much par for him, without the salary cap.

If age slowdown works anything like it does in HT (percentage per year), then it naturally will be much more noticeable at old ages than at young.

Anybody got experience in long term with One on One for Forwards?
JS and IS are really significantly slower? 4-5 weeks, nobody got it faster?

Thanks.

Outside Shooting
SG:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-6 weeks
Trains DV @ 7-8 weeks
Trains HN @ 7-8 weeks

With level 7 trainer:
Trains JR @ 2-3 weeks
Trains JS @ 4-6 weeks
Trains DV @ 8-9 weeks
Trains HN @ 8-9 weeks

an?
Soo training with Dv normal trainer is more speedy than a level 7 one? XD
