This guy is absolutely worthless on offence.

Don't forget offensive rebounds and passing. It's not much, but it's something. If you surround him with four scorers, you can compensate for his shortcomings. Think of Serge Ibaka or Kendrick Perkins...

You can train a guy with only MVP potential to like

= 152k salary PF.

This guy wont be a huge force on offense, but good enough to shoot > .500 in almost every league. Good enough defender to shut/slow down most opponents.

There are still two higher potential levels, so you definitely can train a player that dominates on offense and defense, problem is you might run out of time to finish his training.

I agree. Free IS is a problem. I mean, last year's winner of BB has PG with IS>PA. How ridicolous is that?
