With really low subskill you see even the smallest decrease in a skill.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

i totaly agree VETS are needed. There is no player in 22 or 23 who would be better than 26 well trained guy so if you aim to top you have to have oldies in team. if they are cheap? than go get one cheap and advance in your league promote or win it and you will earn lot more than before. this is easiest and quickest way to top just for couple bucks..

Just a thought.....
I think a lot of players are dropped/abandoned at higher ages, even though they have a lot of great skills. Even with all rules and setups the way they are I think top teams would be better with older players (in the short term)
Since teams are always thinking longterm/finances (training and costs) the quality of teams in BB is probably lower in terms of game performance.
More than just what kinda salary you have to pay your players people are concerned about having players they can train and sell. If they just went for best skills+experience I think a lot of older players would get more looks.
Not sure if there is any tweaks or changes that would fix that

Teams are rightly worried that they will not receive value for old players in the market.
But this is normal, these players are the perfect fits who needs a boost in the short period to improve quickly their results, accepting to lose money on the market when they had to sell this players. It's a choice that depends from the conditions of a team,so no need to fix it

I guess this ends the 2 season+ of declining TL prices

decline in salaries plus the 2 day freeze on transfers has affected prices a bit

I guess no,it gives a lot of flexibility to the teams but not in the measure to restart quickly the market,at the time there is only the race for the new draftees;when this race will end the market will slow down harshly again

Trainee prices seem to be way up this year, and I've seen a number of people saying that there wasn't as much talent in this years draft as there has been in previous seasons ....... a correlation perhaps?
