Not that I care about this conversation, but would it not make more sense to value an opinion of someone who has more experience pertaining to the matter than someone who does not? I believe this is what Naker is referring to.

Considering the original post in question was abuse directed at someone for being CT'd, I think that anyone that plays BB is entitled to express an opinion about that. We're not talking about medical opinions or homeless people in Iraq. Let's get some perspective here.

This seems to have blown way out of proportion now and has turned into a rather silly and irrelevant discussion.

everyone can express their opinions equally but it comes down to personal preference to take in what's more important. For me, I don't care about experience, I don't take opinions from sooks! haha

Did you simply ignore my whole post?
In regards to a medical opinion, whose opinion is worth more? A doctor's or a first year medical student's?
In regards to a legal opinion, whose opinion is worth more? A lawyer's or a first year law student's?
In regards to an opinion on an online basketball management game, whose opinion is worth more? A team in the ABBL or a newly joined team in div 4?

Anyway, I don't really care about the original discussion, I only chimed in to say that there is nothing wrong with elitist type thinking, and in fact, I'd rather encourage it.
