i'll let Joe do the preview of season 23.

Cause between the NT mails, the U21 mails, GM mails and the fact that i've got to keep an eye on a couple of fora, i'll hardly have time left to do my work for uni and get enough sleep. as much as i enjoy making previews of seasons, this preseason is going to be a VERY busy one for me.
