I see one huge problem in the new system:

lower leagues would get lower end staff and the gap between the leagues would be even worse.

there is basically no chance for a league 4 player to buy staff member with lvl6.

1. Is there level-1 staff with speciality?

2. If I buy a staff member whose speciality has some effect during a match, and I buy him the day of the match, will I benefit from the speciality in that match, or should I buy the staff member the day before?

thanks.

My guess is that you will know how much your new staff salaries go up in no more than one week. Patience.

why wouldnt we know on Monday when the Staff update occurs?

we know now what they want on Monday / economic update.... I hope Monday they will tell us what they want the following week... lets see!

1. I sincerely doubt it. All lvl 1s will be the same. no speciality and 2k wage.

2. I would imagine that he would have to be at your club before 15mins before your match. Then his input would be calculated into the result.

OK but Bb staf told us that the changes will be include but don't what kind of change is it. This is unnormal imho.

p.s. coach 7lvl 1mln(4 days to end licytation) ^^

p.s.2. In my opinion now prices for players wil be lower :(

1.4mil from IV team for a lvl 6 trainer.... if they continue just to be bought by teams who no doubt have a manager with 2 teams and who is trying to use as a feeder club then this would really spoil the game....

is it too early to put in a disclaimer to say bids above market rates will result in fines??

what justification can someone give to invest that amount or is this what we will need to stump up?

Uselless trainers specialities, in this stage of the game there is no teams with expirienced roster and lot of managers trains stamina once or twice weeks per season. more logical implementation should be, for example, to introduce trainers with increased coaching capacity towards young players or second speciality, trainer with good match leading.

sorry for eventual grammar or typing mistakes, english is not my native language.

The "new" staff system was announced on August 13th

Technically true but there were very few details. Also, I think the comments about the middle of the season were bang on.

we do not know how much training speed would be increased or improved his match leading by trainer 6 or 7 lv and it does not change my point that actually trainers specialities implemented like this are useless.

We don't know how much indeed, just like we don't know anything about the impact of the specialities and the new levels, how can you call them useless then?

Maybe the lvl 7 trainers will save 4 weeks of training in a season to get from X to Y, maybe the speciality will save another 2 because the stamina won't drop that much, so there's no need to train 2 weeks of ST. Maybe the PR with speciality CI will boost your ratings that much, which makes you win way more matches, maybe the massage doctor will make sure that your players stay in the best GS for your playoff final match, which makes the small difference between winning and losing.

I hate it when people always approach the unknown in a negative way. Why can't you just wait untill you know all the effects and then post your thought about the changes? Right now these opinions are just solely based on air imo.

Maybe there indeed should have been some female doctors, so that less people would have been scared for the changes
