Yeah I have no idea where the original thread was with the website, but the URL is:

Here you (and I) can add potentially NT-worthy players to track their performance and, using some position formulas that the US NT has come up with, determine rankings for each position. Note that although everyone's stats can be seen, you won't be able to see their names (unless they're on your team), so you can't get free information about opposing players!

Not to mention, the website also has some neat features like a Training Planner and Team Scout where you can get a summary of a lot of great info on your upcoming opponents or anyone you'd like.

Hmm.. I log into that site and it says it updates Virgil Franklins stats.. but where do you add more players into the database??

with good training he can be a usefull player, focus more on driving,passing and handling bro

There's a link at the top of the database that says "Add a player", you should then be able to manually add them.

As for the automatic updating, that's a feature the USA has to update certain players' stats (depending on age and salary), but it appears to not be functional for NZ players, no big deal.

For an 18 year old, and with good training, he could be really good. But yeah I would get him some 1 on 1 and passing training soon.
