Do you think there's anyplace else I should post something to publicize this? I'm realizing that we actually don't have a master list someplace of people who use the BBAPI.

A limited-time (say, a week) sticky in Global might be wise.

If somebody is used BBAPI, I think that will see any message of this forum.

Best regards

Currently I would agree with others here that it is not necessary as most coders will check here.

Some people will get broken apps but *shrug* that is the way of the internet.

There is a list of helper apps in the forums somewhere

But maybe I should set up a list at least on BB-Stats of other sites or applications so people can register their app and then just tick a box saying if they are using the BBAPI and another tick if they want their email to be stored for updates from the BBs?

Would anyone use this?

Try http://bbapi.buzzerbeater.com/login.aspx?login=mark_lenders&code=boh instead.

The new site doesn't have URLs starting with /BBAPI anymore. Just direct to the page you want.

Ok, this seems to be working for me, but two quick comments/concerns:

1. It seems the bbapi server ONLY works/exists with the .com address, not .org, is this correct? For those of us that were using old.buzzerbeater.org, it's necessary to change both parts of the address.

2. Performance seems very slow to me using bbapi.buzzerbeater.com this morning. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it just my server/temporary, or have people noticed this in general with the new server?

I've been using the new address since Charles announced it, and haven't had any performance problems.

Ok, my site is hosted in some crazy, undeveloped country (Italy) so maybe it's just being sluggish this morning.

Perhaps you should throw a statue at your service provider in protest.

(I don't think there's much more we can do to get Dr. Jàn Ïtor™ out of the woodwork.)
