this made very little sense to me.. but let me try to answer it

there is a soft cap that comes in around 20K people will need to explore the response for themselves.
I don't understand the distinction you are trying to make in your first question. and so i don't understand the solution.

we are giving them this month to fiddle with their prices every game and figure out where they want to be.

edit: there was an error in this post regarding to rules so i have removed it.

thx this answered it, it sound for me that arena size was the key, not attendance only ;)

building down happens immediately I believe, so i don't see why it would take a season to do.

because of that(and building 10k seats nearly takes a season):

It will take approximately as long to sell a group of seats as it did to build them, and they can be sold for the same construction price. You will receive the money for the sale only after the contraction is complete..

So if the arena is decreased immediately, and you just get your money at the end. I like to know if you could downgrade the arena again, before the first downgrade is finished?

Having demolished 4000 seats today I cant see an option to try and demolish some more.... I wonder if there are delays in the demolition as well as the construction!! I wouldnt want to time a demolition to finish at the end of the season and miss the deadline (assuming i wanted to demolish even more!)

I guess the safest bet is to try and use some surplus seats for the playoffs and then demolish as soon as your season is over.

Once we have a full generation of players who have been fully trained, this will no longer be true and the game may reach equilibrium.

Is that realistic? BB is constantly growing, which means the amount of these players will increase all the time as well. Can we expect a equilibrium with BB growing at this pace?

i'm sorry i mispoke about deconstruction being instant, I had forgotten we had decided to do it slowly, but you will be able to see how much you should deconstruct by exploring the price curve. basically you should only have to do it once.

the questioion is, if you maybe could limit the maximum decreasing duration, for example the Tall Blacks if they reduce the arena about 30.000 they will be lucky to see their money in Season 13. It is good that you don't get it instantly, so that teams should think about it before bidding 100.000$ and 10 Bleachers for a player, but overall i think it takes to long.

The thing you need to understand is that High Arena Teams (HATs) had been earning a lot of money because of their huge arenas were crowed. Now, those teams will continue to have about the same income as before but for a different reason: less people will come but that people will be willing to pay more money to watch the game.

HAT and upper division teams are not the same things.

Where did assigning players to defend specific position (not just their natural man) go? It was announced to be introduced in Season 10.

I'm really worried about the economic aspect in this game. It's clear that the teams promoted last season had a big gift compared to the teams promoted just now because last season 1m were a lot of money. The main problem is not the inflaction in all BB cause this will not change difference in the teams neither in the divisions so BBs but the real problem is when you've a strong team that wins often. Win = money = players = biggest gap, how do you think to reduce the gap? The last phrase in the change season 10 news is really horrible and at the least in the translation is a big ? about the intention to manage players like Cardenas in the future.
I completely agree with Newton a long term project is impossible, I understand also that the market was quite frozen last season but after asg is also easy to understand that soon you will have to change again the economy cause there will be too much money available.
Last info is about merchandising with national players on the roster; last season you've written that having national players on the roster should give us a bonus in the merchandising sales. It is still valid or something is changed?
