Yes i know it will never happen and it would be quite sad, but my point was that everyone in the leage could deny income for the dominant force during the whole season if there is no income from WO.

As stated before I play against a bot, so the opponents minutes are not a problem - if I played a human I would never think about losing intentionnaly in the finals.

I could play with my worst three players BUT I am quite sure I'd win this game because my motivation is really high and the lucky fans are not that bad at all - at least from what I experienced in the past. And winning the title with a lineup of weakazoids would not be a pleasant result imo.

I am 99% sure you would still lose, even with high enthusiasm. You are on the road plus you will play TIE (I assume). That negates any enthusiasm advantage you might have.

Your bottom 3 players are crap, too, possibly even worse than lucky fans. I assume you will also play them out of position. They will play the whole game while the bot team will have subs.

Just do the following and you will lose:

-playoff normal
-play only your worst 3 players and make sure you play them out of position. You could even pick up another crappy player who has really bad game shape.
-play a tactic that is completely unsuited to your roster. For example, if your lucky fans will be at PF and C, play a look inside.

Bots may be crappy but they still win games, especially against crappy humans.

He wouldn't be allowed to play in the match anymore so our friend has to play with the guys he already has.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

I played the whole season with lineups of 5 players, TIE and not even a single game was a win by a narrow margin - I won most of the games with a 20+ gap.

Another player who discussed this topic on the german forums posted his experience, he did as you recommended, weakest players on wrong position, wrong tactic, TIE -> thats the result: (13110545)

Thats a blowout, so I think there is a high chance that if I play with the worst possible setup I still win this game, why should I take this "risk"?

you could take that risk for training minutes, and maybe you shouldn't get player on it with solid secondarys. 7,5/6,5 Rating ain't that weak.

Forgot about not being able to buy players because of the transfer deadline.

Anyhow, as for the game you mentioned, I assume the human team was Leipzig Lakers? Because both teams are human owned now. It doesn't matter, though. It is not like he played a weak line-up. He actually played an ok SG at SG and the SF he played probably had some PG skills. You have 3 pretty crappy players on your roster (one with a salary of less than $2,000), and once played out of position they will be even worse.

Plus... I would not play FCP if I wanted to lose against a bot. The bot players probably will all have low handling, making FCP a fairly effective tactic if your 3 players have any outside d.

Start 3 players and make sure to have the lucky fan's play PG and C. If your lucky fan is at PG...You will lose this game. Just look at the example game you gave. His PG dominated. Lucky fan at PG and C= a loss
