and i tell you that even with succes you will struggle with the cap, and when you make it that cheap he will elarn fewer money then when he stays with his old configuration.
It don't make sense to go much over 20k seats, especially when you gpot more flexible with the Po in the next season(maybe) because this was the only time in the year where you get with normal prices more then 20k visitors(if you raise then to an ok level you will probadly get more, then using the 26k+ seats).
