One of the goals of the BBs are to build rivalries, and have a bit of staticity (yeah, a new word) in the leagues, while having SOME change.

That's one of the reasons two of your TV games are against the same team.

Yes the fact that winning or losing TV games has a bigger effect on your fan base then normal games.
