IMO: OD->JR->JS->HN=DV

I think that these are the most important skils.

you left out passing is there a reason for this?

I think SG skills should be OD, JS=JR, passing, DV and HN.

I don't train SG though so i don't know that much about SG skills.

I agree with you that passing is important but i think that handling is very important. I train PG/SG and when a PG improves handling (certain level)he becomes SG, then i have to train him passing to make him PG again.

IMHO

OD=JS=JR=HD->PASS=DRV

Yes, You don't train SG, but I train this position. :) IMO passing is the last one in 'importance'. The 1st is OD, 2nd are JS and JR, 3rd is HN and later DV and PS.

Passing sets ur team up for an easier shot, the only thing ball handling does is create less TO which is handy. In my opinon passing is more important. I train SF/forwards and i rate passing high for them. Every player needs passing but you can live with say a C or PF not having handling.

Just my opinon.

DRV is only important for a player when he has good JS, JR or IS. Passing i think is underrated by most people but a good pass can create into many oppotunities.

Sure, i´m training passing right now and i do it some weeks per season. I think that it´s underestimated.
My C has a high passing level and he assists a lot. Anyway imo a SG is going to score more than passing so i think he ´d have better handling than passing even if it´s interesting keep high passing skill.
Cheers.

1st -> JS and OD in every single tactic. The rest depends.

why a team or player must be specialist in one kind of tactics?why not create a player that can be good in any kind of game?

Your not gonna play Look Inside with a SG that has atrocious passing.. that would be pure suicide.

I'd never play a SG like that in any tactic,a SG needs good PA in every game,I agree its suicide

Sometimes I know people have to choose if they're going to train a player that'll be better in one tactic or another,but creating a player with huge deficiences like lack of passing,thats another history and is a mistake in my opinion
