I am impressed with Jacob Bong's ratings. He's my lowest paid starter and that makes me reconsider everything I know about salaries.

Sorry guys, I didn't consider the format. I only recently upgraded to Office 2007. I can upload an older format.

Fella, I could have sworn that H.Barry made the top 25 but maybe that was the Big 8 Top 25. I have a few more updates to do to Great Eight Top 25 before I upload but considering I have to be in bed by 9pm just to get up by 4am for work an 1-1/2 away, I might push that to an upload for tomorrow after work since I'll be leaving for Tennessee early Friday morning.

Alright, I just learned that the latest Office edition allows you to save your documents as a PDF instead of having to install a PDF writer. So, I've gone ahead and done just that along with finished up the Big Eight and Great Eight Top 25. By looking at the conferences Top 25, you can get a better feel because thanks to the lovely competitive Spermante Pissed-On-Us out of the Big Eight, the scoring was a bit skewed.

Of course, I figured out a better way of rewarding points after I had completed all of this so future seasons will see a better reflection of rankings.

lol no problem man at least he is top 25 on the Cleveland roster. I have a bunch of guys that are silent on the stat sheet but get the job done. I am a little surprised that German wasn't hanging around there somewhere as well but I understand they take a little away from each other on the stat end.

It is the best forum on BB... however, there needs to be some kind of allowance for injuries... don't you think?

Not really. Mina was injured for 4 games, right? That's roughly 18.2% of the games. That's the equivalent of 15 games in the NBA.

Mina played a total of 603 minutes out of a possible 1008 minutes (excludes any minutes/stats earned from playing the Spermante Pissed-On-Us).

During the First Stretch, Mina was awarded 16 of 25 points after playing 268 minutes (79.8%). During the Inter-Conference games, Mina was awarded 35.13 points out of a possible of 43.75 (say thanks to the Pistons). He earned 80.3% of the points that are possible during Inter-League Play for this particular season.

So after the first two stretches during the season, Mina was awarded 51.13 points, a fantastic 74.4% of the possible leaving him ranked at #2.

During the Final Stretch of the season, Mina only played 84 minutes due to injury and thus was awarded only 6.26 points. He played the final 3 games. During 10 minutes of play for Game 20, Mina recorded a 30.6 Hollinger Game Score, yet his role was too minimal to count towards the overall impact on the game. Yes, he was apparently a stud during those 10 minutes of action but his minimal role was because he was coming off injury and likely was out of shape.

Hsi final two games he recorded 37 minutes each and a 22.2 and 18.1 HGS respectively. He finished ranked 3rd for Great 8 for Game 21 and 11th for Game 22, which was how he earned his 6.26 points.

A typical week normally consists of 70 to 80 players over the whole league and during Intra-League Play, the points range is 3.57 to 0.05. Those points are spread out so far so the higher up the ranking you are each week, the tougher it is to fall off during down days. Mina is a HUGE example of this.

Despite playing only 84 minutes during the final 7 games of the season, Mina only dropped 2 spots in the Conference Ranking so his time spent on the injury roster really did not have too much of a negative impact. The two players that were ranked below him after the final Inter-League Play match (Barr & Statovci) were the two players that were able to leapfrog Mina because of the injury. Basically, despite only playing 2 games, the Top 4 players were solidified because no one else played well enough to unseat Mina during those 4 games he was absent. That actually says a WHOLE lot.

For the overall league rankings, Mina jumped from 6 to 5 to 8. Considering he's going up against at least 70 to 80 players, Mina did quite well for himself despite missing 4 crucial games to injury.

BTW, I know your personality on here so I know you're not really complaining. I just like to explain how the rankings work.
