At the start of each season (for Season 13, later in the season) the draft page will be available with a set of baseline rankings. These rankings are done based upon your coaching staff's very rough assessment of the talent of the player, based on a combination of the current skills and the talent of each player, but as in real life, the ranking will be imperfect, and some players will even be ranked very inaccurately. You will have to invest further in scouting these players to find some hidden gems and expose some talent for being over-hyped. Each team will have its own baseline rankings, but the amount of uncertainty in each set of rankings will be the same.

They'll be in order of quality from best to worst, but the rankings will be imperfect - not scouting at all and relying solely on the baseline rankings will leave you somewhat blind.

Each team will have its own baseline rankings, but the amount of uncertainty in each set of rankings will be the same.
