Train one on one this week like you are planning to do. Then I would rotate training between passing and OD until passing is up to proficient.
Then I would train Outside shotting until it is up to proficient.

I would even consider training Rebounding up to Strong and letting the Jump Shot training get Inside Shot up to strong.

So would that make him a SF? Or just a SG with good inside skills?

Just warning you that you should expect a big salary rise next season.

NOOOOOOOOOO.

Don't train rebounding with star potential... not worth it. After you train 1vs1 this next week train OD to proficient and passing.

I guess it depends on what he is planning for him. If he is planning on keeping him then don't train rebounding, but if he is planning on training for a season and then selling then I think training 1 pop in rebounding would be quick and not take much of the salary cap and add a lot of value to the player when listed on the TL.

Plus I like players that can rebound personally, but I understand where you are coming from, and I agree that just focusing on guard skills is probably the way to go and would let you get the most out of the star potential.

If he had better potential I probably would say for him to go for it. He is kinda short anyway. He is in the V and a player with star potential at his cap will be very useful for him in the next divisions.

He is a realy solid inside center, but his secondaries are a bit of a drag. If you could spend a season of training secondaries he would be pretty solid, and his salary would not get out of hand.
