Every day enthusiasm slowly goes down to 5. The higher the enthusaism the faster it will drop. Today you have 11 tommorrow you may have 10. If you have 1 enthusiasm it will slowly go up to 5. Going normal has no affect on enthusiasm but it will slowly go down after each daily update.
