I started season 5, and....

Total Sales: $ 735 200
Total Purchases: $ 2 913 500
Transfer Balance: $ -2 178 300

2.5m of which went on one player. I've prided myself on training my lucky draft picks which I get every other season.

Nice. Your players must be worth a fair bit because your transfer balance is showing a big loss :P

Ouch. I bet you'd be back up to 0 at least if you sold your team...although in todays market I'm not sure lol.

Of the players I paid for, my team cost $22.5m, including the two draftees I sold then bought back (net spend).

With the market as it is for 26 year olds, I think I'll be taking a hefty hit on that whenever they are sold. But the balance sheet would look a bit healthier!

Actually, just doing a quick bit of adding up, I think $18-$19m is what I'd raise in a well-timed fire sale. Bleurgh.

18 to 19 million in todays market would buy you a ridiculously good team. Get 5 top notch starters. 2 backups. Train gameshape every week. And you can't lose.

LOL, you can't win in the EBBL with seven players. I like my roster thanks - apart from the star centre being injured :-S
