yeah, I have only now discovered that he played for only 2 seasons..It's really meaningless to reply him...I saw more and more like him in eleven season of playing, in Italy too...at elections we will see how he want to change the fate of Ghana :D

Oh yes because I most definetely think Ghana should be ranked #1, I clearly think Ghana should have the greatest players in buzzerbeater. Please, just because you face criticism don't bull shit your way out of the problem. To me, that shows quite a big weakness in the Ghana U21 NT Staff, when faced with problems they take the BS route.

The excuses are within your posts, this topic, and several other topics of this season & seasons past. But hey keep making up stuff that I so obviously believe in man!


I am not part of Ghana staff.
I spent four season by scouting and then coaching South Africa, setting the basis for last season's victory.
I am scout of Italy U21 and cooperating with new Italy NT coach.

So I can say I have some experience of what you can do and what you cannot do in an U21.

As you are quite bold, let me ask for some plain questions (may be I'll learn something):
1) which are the two major mistakes of this "bad" staff? What would you do differently?
2) take one match of choice in last two seasons and tell us what would you have done differently
3) what if next season's draft no allstar or above, 196cm tall max, will be picked by a human manager in Ghana (it happened in SA)? How can you create a player competing against any 50K$ salary by 4 seasons?

I'm sorry sir, but as you can tell with the "reply" button I did not direct any posts towards you, as I have no interest in doing so. How about I suggest a few things to you, 1) Get over your past, your not some "Great SA Coach" anymore, get over it. 2) You should focus on your current title, Italy U21 Scout, instead of your glory of "south africa".

But I will say this, plain and simple, i'm a better manager than you, better basketball mind than you, and overall just better.

This is not a private conversation, but a forum's thread. Anyone can ask to anyone. So I am asking you to understand whether you can prove what you claim.

1) Get over your past, your not some "Great SA Coach" anymore, get over it. 2) You should focus on your current title, Italy U21 Scout, instead of your glory of "south africa".

My story is something that you don't have. My present is being part of one of the major teams in the BB world, where I brought my player and I will some coached ones. My present is II in Italy. Your past is one season in USA V, your present is in USA IV. Although I love defense, I see Nomikos as a useless but expensive player: only defense and handling, no shooting, passing below average. Tell me what you did better than me. Some respect, please.

But I will say this, plain and simple, i'm a better manager than you, better basketball mind than you, and overall just better.

Nice and clear. Surely it's proven. Especially if you never says one simple thing: HOW.

I don't think you understand that Nomikos was just a temporary player *facepalm* man you must know everything im doing!!! I mean its not like I had just recently bought him or anything *facepalm*

Yes, on this account, I mean I already covered this back when I was running for U21 NT Manager, way to pay attention kid! I previously played way before you signed up, but I took time off buzzerbeater for personal reasons, honestly don't you pay attention?

It is useless to reply to this guy. Just let him shout and accuse. I'm not going to run for the third mandate, so he will have the chance to show his coach skills.


You did an awesome job for the U21 team! (you and your whole crew {assistants, scouts, etc} ), thanks man for everything.. i really value your efforts and wish you all the best in the future..
