so david, all i ask is remove the guys that have already been saved and add a few of these guys for the future of the team, we need as many good players out there as we can have to have a real team

I am in a little bit dilema now.
What guy's should I remove, and who should i call?
I already have max. 18 players

since you said there are no plans for any win this season...remove ALL and save another 18players....

agree, if we have pulled the pin i would just save guys - but you can save guys and still keep like the 7 best players and reward their managers

I do, the problem was that in previous seasons U21 Coaches did not save players before they turn bot, but i think that with this plan in 3 aseasons we can reach top 75, and in 4-5 seasons top 60

Well, i save about 8-13 best of them, so.... i think that is pretty good for first season ^^

Possible, yes, but first I need to make a database of ALL 18-21 old players, so they won't be lost forever ;)
