Chinese said they train OD first because JR gets its' elastic effect from OD. I don't know if I can believe that or not, but the guy said he got double pop on JR because of that (OD was 16 or so and JR was around 5-6).

I know my training regime will alwas be 1 on 1 first, then OD. And after that, JR and/or PA.

I'm training PG's right now and i'm taking in account this and so my best trainee has 20 years and OD 14 going for 16 and JR 8.
I looking for the elastic effect for next season so will find out pretty soon.My secondaries are pretty high and the player would be a good SF since his IS and ID are 9 at the moment.

About JS i would agree 100% no JS training only JR and 1on1, because i had a player a few season back that whent from 16 to 20 by training only JR when he was 22-23 yo.So no need for JS training in my opinion.

Let us know when you start with JR training and report back on pops!

So what I have gotten out of this is training JS is a waste of time from my understanding?

No, I don't think it's necessarily a waste of time. If you need high JS on your guys because it fits your strategy, then JS training is ok. But if you train JS first and then train 1 on 1 and JR, your JS level might reach levels too high for you to handle (salary wise).

Okay i get what you are saying now.. Makes sense. Thank you for the input. It might kind of switch up the way i train the new guard im training now. As I round out Ali and Keenan more.
