Hi,

i wanna develop my smooth arena on lower tier from 10 to 11k but i cant cause BB send me red letters...

The proposed expansion would exceed the maximum number of luxury boxes or courtside seats.

...can someone explain that for me ? im confused !

Hmm there might be a lower tier limit we havn't been told about. Maybe you are the first to notice because no one else has developed lower tier so extensively.
