temped to run >.< is about time i put my name upf or some NZ NT stuff....

I am here to take a run at the NZ U21 NT manager. A little about myself, I have been on buzzerbeater only since season 15. Since then my team the Morrisville Ninjas have won a championship at Division 5 and made the finals in Division 4 in the USA. Getting better each year with young talent. My record last season was 20-2 and made it to the finals in League 4-26. I can blend talent very well, my team is focused on outside scoring and consistent inside scoring. I will evaluate the talent available to the NZ U21 team and make the best offensive flowing team with great defense. This could either come from a run and gun or if the best players are big men, look inside. I would like to maybe put a few 20 or maybe 19 years old on the roster if the talent is there, this way we can have players with experience in National team games before 21. I believe I can make this team a solid contender this season and would love the opportunity to manage this team. I am on buzzerbeater every day, multiple times, and would be open to any criticism or scouting help. Again I would love the chance to manage this team and would do everything I could to make it to Asia U21 Tournament finals and win it all.

How often does the database get update?

Twice a season usually, but this season I have been busy with schoolwork so there was only 1. Once the elections are over I'll be scouting all the new players. :)

The U21 team is ranked 59th, what ranking do you expect to get the team up to, and how long do you think it will take, also what are your realistic goals for the team in Season 20 alone?

I'm hoping to get the team up to 40th in the first term like we were a couple of seasons ago. My main goals for season 20 alone are working towards the ones in my speech.
