Thanks for sharing LA-Koperboy! Very interesting results.

Your 20 yo is one of the better documented PA elastic effects I've seen. The link to HA and DR seems very plausible too, given those are secondaries in PA training. I personally haven't used the 1v1 weeks to start a trainee's career, but it's not a bad idea. I typically just rotate training every week, and try to get PA up quickly. Makes the trainee a little less painful to play at PG in Cup games if they can get a bit more PA.

Great results on those players though. Can't argue with that!!

No problem man, we have to share the knowledge!

I'll have to say though those 7 weeks of PA weren't consecutive. 6 yes, then four weeks of 1 on 1 and JS, then PA again. Maybe some of cross training from 1 on 1 and JS went to PA and he barely touched the next level of skill. But cross training effect during those four weeks is so small it can be easily disregarded.
