yup. BUild that arena. Once you hit around $300000 you should be able to pursue a young, talented trainee. a PF or C for that guy I mentioned. Perrenial Allstar-(maybe if you find a steal) MVP. anywhere in those categories. And like I said those guys will probably be the only guys who will make it on a D4 squad. And the answer to the leadership question, no, there is no thing like that, but there is a thing called experience, higher it is, better decisions the guy makes.
Lower than perennial all star can play in IV. Heck, one of the MVP candidates in out league year in and year out is a star potential guy. If you can get better cheaply, of course, do so, but there's no need to rush into training premium youth when the team's not ready to support what they'll become.
