However, the English training groups are Jump Shot (which trains Jump Shot) and Outside Shooting (which trains Jump Range). Jump Range isn't only the ability to hit 3-pt shots, but to increase how effective your jump shots will be as you move further from the basket. It affects 8-ft jump shots the same way as a 3-pt jump shot.
