B31, you started to built something in Ghana, why do you want to change country now? That sounds very strange.

With only 8 users our experience started to be boring last season, so we decide to try a new challenge with a bigger NT to reach better results

And then Italia? ;)

I forgot tis point but if you elect me i would like to stay at less 4 seasons to follow fully at less one generation.

En français :

Et après l'Italie ;)

J'ai oublié de préciser que si je suis élu j'aimerais rester au moins 4 saisons pour au moins suivre et profiter pleinement d'au moins une génération

Al Maghrib is a small BB-country too. I have been coach of a small country in the past and believe me the challenge is exactly the same. 10 or 40 users, there are not so many differences.

Until the end you don't seem to be ambitious.

To manage Italian NT is a work, not a game :P

I agree with you, 4 seasons are the minimum number to see results, I'd like the same thing, too :P

We talk about 24 versus 126 draftees every season, not so many differences but It isn't the same thing.

I think every candidate for a 40 users NT isn't ambitious, with so few users the NT can win the continental tournament if the coach can do his job, and that's our goal in about 3 seasons, but a higher goal isn't possible.

He didn't say the contrary, I said that managing Italy is a lot of work, that doesn't mean I will NEVER try to do it.

Anyway, what I will do next is none of your business and this is not the place to talk about it, can we please go back on the original topic? I know you're dragging down the discussion to other issues since you have less experience, I'd do the same if I were in you.

We have a large, well-experienced staff. We have lots of different experiences on BB. We have a DB and a whole scouting system already coded. That's it. Discuss on that.

And as you show it you're a great communicant, a cold blood man. Nort somebody using short and imperative sentences...

Well, me what i say is that you d'on't care about Morocco like you didn't care about Ghana. You just wait until the place is free in Italia with your disproportionnated staff.

You talk about experiment, let me joke. I've decided the roster of the U21 french team several times in WC, i've trained 17 french U21 and I've a player that will be in french NT with a level 4 trainor since 6 years...

You can note i do not tell you're not in the first league of your country despite your great experiment (8 years in league II man)

But you're right i don't know how i dare be front of you. You're a so great manager wih a lot of experiment...But your experiment make you go down since the last 10 seasons so...
