I'm running the NT role atm also.
The rough idea is main skills being 12.
For bigs it is easy as there are only 3 of them to focus on.

Depends on if you want need a PG/SG

But OD 12, JS 12 and rest 10+ is a rough guide.
JR can be a bit lower and passing higher or other way based on position.
SFs are great but hard. Again depends on the focus.
OD 12 ID 10 to 12 then some good sporing options. JS/Jr for outside focus or IS/JS for inside focus.

Always good to have some passing at all positions if possible.

When voting closes on Monday and if I get the job I can give you better idea.

with the change to the GE, surely bigs would need some kind of development in shot block?

is 12 the target or the minimum for reserve? i remember when i trained my u21 for france his ratings were way higher than 12. and he still came in off the bench! i wish i had of recorded his training. would be good to look back on it!

Thanks mate, appreciate the quick response. He's got 56 points in the 6 guard skills to date after 1 full year of training (very well balanced too), and he's due for a couple of pops as well. He's tall for a guard and he has decent secondaries in IS and REB which is why I was thinking he might be a good SF prospect too. Anyway, chat to you if you win - I've just cast my vote for you.

Yeh some SB will need to come into it. But until I see how much it plays into it I would not be planing to train it a lot still.

12 is the min. One of my guys played 2 seasons as a starter and he got in with 12s. But he was the only PF in his 1st season.
It all comes down to the players at the time.

I had the same thing for any U21 with Portugal many seasons ago. From memory, he had a minimum of 12 in all 6 and I think he played 2 games off the bench in garbage time...

Train Australian's. Not only is it better for the country but also will earn you more merch. I was getting 25% more merch income then the average last season with my draftee playing in the 21 NT side. It makes you more cash.
