Yes, a recalculation was needed for a couple of matches, including Jerome's. I've also fixed the cause of th problem so it shouldn't really happen any more. Thank you guys for reporting and helping with the "diagnose"

Yes it can. The balance between ticket prices and arena size is a hard one to master and control, especially if you promote via bot promotion. You should also remember that the fans cool off a bit during the season and their spirit grows with good results, as it did for you last season. So, without the fan boost, you were left with a Div2 fanbase and "normalised" spirit, coupled with high ticket prices and not too big an arena resulted in such numbers.

There is a promotion boost, but it's not as big as the boost from direct promotion.

Your fanbase is still growing though, and will eventually catch up with your leaguemates. There is one big drawback to your situation, and that's a level 1 PR manager, you should get a better one ASAP. Therefore, I wouldn't base my entire season strategy on attendance numbers so early, after two defeats while also hurting from high prices and (basically) no PR manager. Give it a bit of time, get a good PR manager, adjust arena prices and your teams attendance revenue will get closer to other teams in your league.

All that being said, your case has shown that the bot promotion boost is a bit too low, and considering you don't get any promotion money either, we decided to increase that boost a little bit, starting next season.

EDIT: It was brought to my attention that bot promotion does carry the promotion bonus money. This fact does not change the decision the implement the small increase in bot promotion fanbase boost.

I don't know how to explain that my last game against last in division (not TV game, or rival game) had more attendance than my game against 2nd place team. I was leading the league in both cases and survey was 4,5 stars before 1st game and 5 stars before 2nd game.
