I got nothing, if that's any additional help.

Perhaps it got started for the US, and then froze/stopped somehow?



I'm afraid this may have happened. I don't remember teams getting this list with such huge discrepancies in earlier seasons. Maybe we did not pay attention to it until now.

I'm not sure about that. I'm just waiting until the day that I can fire the no-goodniks that I will inevitably be selecting.

Maybe because the U.S. is numerically first, their draft was done before everyone else?

Well this isn't correct that USA gets the draft list first and others have to wait .
I geus we all other countries you deserve a explanation for this situation .

Yeah, the draftees were only created for some US leagues and then they broke. Were fixing this now.
