What do you mean?

sry. i meant that training has already more meaning to me than byuing old farts. ;) bying old guys (cheap) can bring you an advantage for 1-2 season but not long term imho.

I completely agree that's why I would really like this implemented.

It's a awesome idea. I would like to see this implemented maybe after the BBs get all the Utopia stuff figured out? I mean this has potential to be a boost and stuff.

So here was my algorithm plan, I mean it's probably not the best, ik, but I can't not put my idea out there

Let's use my team for example. My last transfer was 1/12/14 (Addition of Greg Periera)

We could use cup games as gaining more chemistry then League Games and scrimmages can only count for a small percentages
(Because a lot of people would think Cup>League>Scrim)

Cup games would give 8% Boost to chemistry when all play together
League games would give 6% Boost to chemistry
Scrimmages would only give 3% boost

So lets say we use this....I would have around 97% chemistry.

Yea I don't think it's a good idea but i gave my opinion!

o ya edit: For every non home country guy you have that start, thats -3% chemistry I would think. Because some of them may not know well how to speak english.

Yeah, that's pretty good, but using that it would be too fast to get to 100% chemistry. It's a good start though.

There has not been any argument against that awesome idea and it has been more than 6 years without addressing it officially (or I missed something).

What should a suggestion be to have implementation chances ? I mean, chemistry is the foundation of basketball and it would not be taken into account by the greatest basketball game in the world... hard to believe !

I conclude one thing from this feature's lack of consideration:
Good financial management > Everything

And basketball experts know better than anyone how chemistry can bring trophies over recurrent expensive transfers.

I think if we think about it... the chemistry effect is somewhat already existing...

-GS Penalty upon Transfer... probably just need a little tweak so that key players and Regular Starters of that team should also be affected... probably it also a good idea for it to also affect the Enth after off season..
-Fan Boycot whenever the team loses... probably just need a little tweak too... to somewhat increase the penalty whenever a new Transfer has been occurred for at least 2 weeks
-Fan Survey...

GS Penalty

Even with the tweak you propose, this is clearly not enough as impact on the results since GS is back good after 2 weeks at most. IRL, it sometimes take months or even years to build a fine chemistry.

Fan Boycot [...] Fan Survey...

No direct impact on a game outcome as far as I know (or really low)... once again only a financial impact. What’s more, a new transfer is rarely something bad for the fans. The problem is the repetition of transfers!
