Jocker! stop ... u too funny mate.

1k seats cost u 700k - 5k seats gonna be 3.5m <--------- 3.5M this number might be interesting for u. guy who starts to play in div 3, he usual have this kind of money to expend just a seats. than 3.5m to expend bleachers.

my point was to build smart not AMERICAN (big).

Well, it really depends on where you want to get and what you're selling now. I think the idea of 5000 lower tier in III is too much, so I'll agree with that. On the other hand, as long as you can sell the seats, it's better to build them now as opposed to later. A lower tier seat built today costs you $700, and one built in five seasons costs you $700. The difference is, *as long as you can sell the tickets*, you'll start recovering some of that $700 in ticket revenue sooner if you build now. Of course, seats you never fill don't do that, so expansion needs to be measured against what you can sell, but you'll never sell a ticket to a seat that hasn't been built.

Also, when bigger number of cash you get from attendance is from lower tier, you suffer way less after a lose, after a losing streak, even if u totally suck you still get fair atendance. Since bleatchers only come on winning streak. For example if i am tanking div 3 i get 2,2m per season, if i winning i get 2,8m per season. Try tank with 1or 2k lower tier, i bet you wont get over 2m. Also after some occasional unexpected loss on road game you wont get 100k drop in attendance you get like 30k instead

Gms have said the more prestige the seat, the less their attendance suffers from losing streak. and it does, atleast from my observations it isnt very much but still, something I agree when winning i dont get any advantage against other teams because i payed more for the seats, but on losing streak i make it back

I am planning to spend 7m total for max lower tier And i think ill have some economical edge against my oponents in div 1 some seasons in the future. It may pay off after 10-20 seasons, but still

If you want that much lower tier, I would recommend expanding your bleachers until you hit 12-13k.

I don't have the time nor evidence to prove that 12k bleachers would be better than 10k, but that's just what I prefer.

These arena conversations are really getting out of hand. Why don't we simply agree that the best arena is 15k/10k?

I mean, 5k bleachers costs miserable 1 million. Everyone who reaches that point won't have a problem spending 1 million.
